7月1日起,澳洲移民迎来2026-27新财年重大改革

2026年7月1日,澳大利亚移民体系迎来新财年多项重大变化。无论你是技术移民申请人、雇主担保候选人、留学生还是家庭团聚申请者,这些变化都将直接影响你的移民规划。

一、雇主担保薪资门槛大幅上调

核心技能收入门槛(CSIT)从$76,515上调至$79,499/年(涨幅约3.9%)。所有通过482技能需求签证或186雇主提名计划提交的新提名,必须满足新薪资要求。

专家技能门槛(SSIT)上调至约$146,717/年,适用于高技能专业人士通道。

⚠️ 关键提醒:门槛以提名递交日期为准,而非签证申请日期。7月1日前递交可适用旧标准。

二、签证申请费全面上涨约3%

配偶签证、学生签证、毕业生签证及雇主担保类签证的申请费均有上调。家庭同时递交多个签证的申请者需特别注意预算。

三、永久移民配额确认18.5万

2026-27财年永久移民计划总配额锁定185,000个,其中:

  • 技术移民类占比超71%(约132,240个名额)
  • 家庭团聚类保持稳定份额
  • 境内申请人优先——已在澳工作/学习的临时签证持有者获益最大

四、境内申请者优先策略

新财年大幅倾斜境内申请人,包括临时技术工人、国际毕业生和打工度假签证持有者。这意味着已在澳洲建立生活和工作基础的人将有更清晰的永居路径。

五、养老金按薪发放(Payday Super)同步生效

从7月1日起,雇主必须每次发薪时缴纳养老金(而非按季度),这将增加雇主的现金流压力,间接影响担保意愿。
