Five Major Immigration Changes Take Effect from 1 July 2026
2026年7月1日,澳洲新财年正式启动,移民局多项重磅新政同步落地。无论你是技术移民申请人、雇主担保持有者、留学生还是计划团聚的家庭,以下五大变化都将直接影响你的移民之路。
1. 雇主担保薪资门槛上调近4%
Core Skills Income Threshold (CSIT) 从 6,515 上调至 9,499;Specialist Skills Income Threshold (SSIT) 从 41,210 上调至 46,717。所有7月1日后递交的雇主提名必须满足新门槛。
The Core Skills Income Threshold (CSIT) has increased from 6,515 to 9,499, and the Specialist Skills threshold rises to 46,717. Any employer nomination lodged after 1 July must meet the new minimums.
2. 签证申请费全面上涨约3%
涵盖技术移民、配偶签证、学生签证、毕业生签证等所有类别。家庭同时递交多个申请的务必提前预算。
Visa application charges across all categories — skilled, partner, student, and graduate visas — have increased by approximately 3%.
3. 永久移民配额18.5万,技术类占71%
2026-27财年永久移民总配额锁定185,000个,其中技术移民类约132,240个名额,占比超过71%。家庭团聚类虽有配额但比例较小。
The 2026–27 permanent migration program is set at 185,000 places, with skilled migration taking over 71% of allocations (approximately 132,240 places).
4. 境内申请人优先
大量永居名额将优先分配给已在澳洲境内工作或学习的临时签证持有者。留学毕业生、临时技术工人和WHV持有者将受益于这一政策导向。
A significant share of permanent visa places will prioritise onshore applicants — international graduates, temporary skilled workers, and eligible Working Holiday visa holders already in Australia.
5. Skills in Demand (SID) 签证框架全面落地
新的技能需求签证框架取代旧482体系,配合Payday Super(每次发薪即缴养老金)新规,雇主用工成本进一步上升。Core Skills最低年薪加上12%养老金,实际成本约9,039/年。
The new Skills in Demand (SID) visa framework is now fully operational, replacing the old 482 system. Combined with payday superannuation (effective 1 July 2026), total employment costs for sponsored workers have increased significantly.
